Deep Breath Tea is a thoughtfully crafted herbal blend designed to support you during times of seasonal change. We chose herbs traditionally used to support overall wellness and respiratory comfort — combined in a way that feels clean, gentle, and refreshing.

Includes 2 cups of loose leaf tea - enough for approximately 25-30 cups of tea.

Echinacea – A beloved seasonal herb traditionally used during times of environmental change when immunity takes a hit 

Elderflower – Light, floral, and historically appreciated for supporting overall wellness.

Mullein – A soft, soothing leaf long associated with herbal traditions surrounding breathing comfort.

Tulsi (Holy Basil) – An adaptogenic herb valued for helping the body stay balanced during stress.

How to Enjoy

Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 oz hot water for 10–15 minutes.

Cover while steeping to preserve the aromatic oils.

Sip slowly. Breathe deeply.
